The next hike is scheduled for SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 26.  We will meet
beginning 9AM and hike at 9:15 AM.

We will be meeting at the Pruitt Trailhead off of 484 in Marion County.

From Dunnellon turn right off of 41 on to Pennsylvania Avenue (484)
and go for 5.2 miles east to the turn-off on the right.

OR

From 200 turn left on to 484 and go 5.6 miles west to the turn-off on the left.

This is an out-and-back of about 2 hours duration.  For those
interested, depending on the weather, we can go further, and those not
interested can retrace their steps to the start.  We will be hiking on
the orange-blazed Florida trail.

There are some steep sections, so I recommend a walking stick, and sturdy shoes.

It is mostly shaded except in the beginning.
